What happens after the free trial?
Your account returns to Free Starter unless you choose a paid plan. Your learning history stays with your account.
What do I get free?
Every new family gets seven days of everything, no card needed. After that, Luvora stays free for one child with the first lessons of every subject (about a tenth of each) and 20 minutes of learning a day. Every star and room item your child earned is kept.
Can I pay for a year at once?
Yes — RM1,099.90 for the year, which is about one month free against paying monthly. You choose monthly or yearly when you pick your plan after signing up.
Can I cancel?
Yes. In Settings, choose “Change plan or cancel”, which opens a secure Stripe page. Cancelling stops the next payment and your plan stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for — a month or a year, depending on how you pay.
Is this a diagnosis or a replacement for professional support?
Luvora provides learning activities and practice information. Its learning checks do not provide a diagnosis.
Does Luvora include printable worksheets?
Luvora Learn includes the printable worksheets currently available in the app. Not every unit has a worksheet.
Is this suitable for my child?
Try the sample activities and free trial to see whether the learning level and format suit your child.
Can a centre use a household subscription?
Household subscriptions are for family use. Luvora is not sold to tuition or intervention centres — True Dream Coaching & Consultancy has a separate product for centres.
Is there a daily time limit?
Only on the free plan: 20 minutes of learning a day. When it is used up, lessons pause until midnight in your time zone, and your child can still look along their path. A paid plan, and the seven-day trial, have no daily limit.
Who is it for?
Children from Early Years to Grade 7, with a grown-up setting up the account. One plan covers up to 6 children in a household, and plans, payments and family details sit behind a question a young child cannot answer.
